NTB-National Tire & Battery

The team at the Bluffton location really bailed me out. Arrived from out of town with a dead battery in my tow vehicle and limited options. Even though it was after four o’clock and they were short staffed they squeezed me in and got me back on the road. Can’t say enough about their willingness to help me in quite literally my hour of need.

I came in with flat tire this morning and Lori helped me get the tire out of the back of my car and gave me a quote. She was so kind and they called in about an hour to let me know that we needed a new tire altogether. They were fast, kind, and considerate of my financial situation since I could not afford the tire right now! She even gave me advice on taking care of my spare for the time being. It felt nice to not feel pressured into a decision. I will be back!

NTB came to my rescue today when the tire leak notification popped up on the Jeep screen. I drove to NTB unannounced and they fit me in within 20 minutes. I had a nail in my tire repaired with a leakproof patch. Unlike other providers in town who were booked for 3 days, I was in and out quickly. BTW, the bill was less than $40. - HURRAY!
