SVN EXPRESS truck & Trailer Repair

Happy with the repairs done but the communication was not ideal. Our RV broke down on a Thursday evening and luckily they had availability so we got it towed in. We were told they'd get right to the repairs. Called Friday morning and the owner said he'd call us back in the afternoon and let us know the cost and timeline. Didn't hear back on Friday or over the weekend. Since Google says they're open 24/7 and they were not answering the phone, we stopped by on Sunday to see if anyone was working. No one was there but the hood of our bus and the electrical panel door were left wide open during a massive thunderstorm and all of our wiring was completely soaked. Went home. Called back on Monday and said we'd get an update that afternoon. No update. Called back around 3p and he said he just got to the shop and would call us back in 10 minutes. No call. We did not receive an update until Tuesday afternoon, letting us know that we needed a new fuel pump and solenoid and the bus would be fixed

We did used their services and were very happy with how professional they are and with their customer service. Definitely recommend to everyone who needs these services.

This is a very professional, honest, and clean repair facility. I took my truck in for a diagnosis for a transmission shifting issue. I was greeted by crew members and owner itself, they were willing to spend as much time as I needed to explain my situation and understand my concerns. They gave me an estimated time frame for the diagnosis and repair and was almost 100% accurate with his estimated times. They quoted me a price for the job and my final bill was extremely close to the actual quote that they gave me. Furthermore, I had some other questions and concerns not regarding the transmission job and crew member took the time to answer my questions and help me put together a plan for a future maintenance on my truck. I will always pay good money for a good repair and a good relationship with the repair shop. Just want to say thank you to Olesea and and the whole inland crew, you are amazing.
