Customer service is top notch . We were stuck on the side of the Hwy with a flat. Called about 10 places to see if they had our tire size . No one did . Called Firestone and they got us in right away and were able to change all four tires within an hour or two. Although we are in Hartwell , it’s well worth the drive to Anderson !
I've used this Firestone location for more than 10 years. It has always been very reliable. I'm thankful that this shop is in Anderson. Service: Tires
Went in for a alignment as you can see. It is not aligned properly as you can see from the picture. Your steering wheel is not supposed to be slightly right in order to go forward. I went up there two times today trying to get them to understand that it is not done properly. they basically refused to listen to me I would definitely not recommend using this place at all. Now I’m gonna have to go spend more money to correct their problem. Did someone say lawsuit?
