The women that work the front desk are actual devils. Our car got towed there when my husband got in an accident and they do everything they can to jerk you around. When we went there, they didn't tell us we owed money to them for it getting towed so that when our insurance went to pick it up, they couldn't get it. Then when we called to pay them so the tow company could take it from them they said that they "can't take payment over the phone." Theres not a place on this earth who doesn't take payment over the phone nowadays so now our car has to sit there another day for us to have to pay them an extra day which is what they want so they can get more money. Apparently they do this all the time becauze the tow company we are working with said they never cooperate. If we ever get in an accident in Provdience again we will tell the police NOT to take our car there.

I am so thankful for Nick’s assistance of towing and helping my inlaws who were stranded on 195 with a damaged tire from road debris. Nick went above in beyond with assisting them with replacing the tire and bringing them safely off the highway. I highly recommend calling Nick for your auto needs. Thank you again.
