Called and made an appointment for Wednesday inform them that I had an interlock Device installed in my vehicle, The gentleman called me on Wednesday to reschedule for the following Tuesday, I leave work early to make the appointment only for the guy at the front desk to double check in the back because there was a note left under my name that they cannot work on my vehicle because of the interlock device so not only did I miss an hour of work I drove 3 miles to be turned away. Firestone claims my car has to be running in order to do an alignment when every other place will give me an alignment and they don’t let my car run definitely made me feel some type away and excluded

No complaints with the tire change. Ordered via TireRack. But I was misled about total pricing by about $100 when the woman at the front desk was up-selling me to tack on a wheel alignment. Ask for the total cost up front. They also couldn't accommodate a state inspection that I had to get done within in a few days to keep my new RI registration. Services: Wheel alignment, Tires

Bottom line on top: Do not go here. I and many others have had them try to trick you into paying for service that doesn't need to be done. We took our new-to-us, dealer-purchased car from out of state to get inspected here and they failed us with a 1500 bill to replace parts that were out of tolerance. We brought the car to the dealer who replaced one part but said that the other (tie rod) was perfectly fine. We took the vehicle back to Firestone and they refused to reinspect it because we didn't replace the tie rod, even though the tie rod was in perfect condition. Firestone demanded that we get the part fixed or go to the state to have them override Firestone's inspection. We went to the state and the technician told us that he couldn't believe why Firestone would fail it since the tie rod was in perfect working condition. Upon returning to Firestone to get the sticker issued to us, my wife was met with rude and arrogant behavior as if she was the one scamming them. This place scams
