They were suppose to tow my husband's car and the person turned on the car instead of using the cable and my husband banged on his car to get his attention to turn it off. The service guy claimed my husband threatened him and left, leaving my husband without a tow. I called the manager and he claimed my husband threatened him. I suggested that he should have called my husband and diffused the situation and he said that that was not his job as a manager. Extremely unprofessional.
I brought my car in for a few repairs. Mike brought to my attention some other items needed to be addressed. I left there knowing my car was now in good shape. Great staff !
They always do a good job. Honest, too. Good work at reasonable prices. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance
