I recently bought a Porsche 996 and brought it to D & F as they came highly recommended from a friend. I wanted a general inspection to prevent larger repairs down the line. Duarte was excellent and invited me to look under the car and pointed out issues that I should take care of later in the year or next spring. None were in need of immediate attention but would need to be repaired before I take the car out again next spring. He essentially went over the whole car with me from paint, body, electronics, engine and transmission. Overall, very impressed and the ballpark prices we discussed were very reasonable. I have owned several high-end German cars and can tell you they can be very expensive to own. Finding the right mechanic is a vital part of owning these cars..... I have a 2015 Audi that needed a new clutch after the factory assembly was showing signs of wear. A few calls to some local shops and they wouldn’t install it because I purchased my own parts. I was referred to D&F by my dad who has his Porsche work done here. I bought a stage 1 performance clutch that Duarte originally started he’d have done within 3 days because of the complexity of the job. 24 hours later he had it all finished! He also alerted me to a small tear on the inside of my front tire that was only visible on a lift, and would’ve surely caused a blow out sooner than later! The following week, I had the car back in for brakes and both times the work was done fast, affordably, and professionally. I’ll be bringing it back in the Spring for suspension work. Highly recommend.
