Love that Precision Collision is a family owned auto-body and that I was able communicate directly with Tim, the owner - unlike the large auto bodies the insurance companies want you to use. The work itself is fantastic, looks like I was never in an accident. If you want your car fixed the right way, this is the place to go. The insurance company wanted some of the work done the faster and less expensive way - fixing and painting rather than replacing parts that were damaged. Precision fought on my behalf to make sure my truck was fixed the right way. They definitely go the extra mile and even detailed the interior, regardless that all the repairs were on the outside of my truck. Just shows that their attention to detail is spot on and that customer satisfaction is the top priority. . These guys are honest, polite, and friendly! I went in to see if my frame was bent and for no charge took a quick look at the car and told me it should be fine. really appreciated the no charge part. Definitely someone I would recommend going to!
