Refused to let my very pregnant wife use the restroom...i cannot stand people who own businesses with ridiculous prices and zero human values...place was ready to quote me ridiculous prices for labor but then refuse to provide a simple service for a lady ready to be in labor...and this was me begging them after the gas station next store also refused...use your judgement on how they treat people before considering bringing your business here

Took my car in for an alignment. The mechanic said I needed a new tie rod and boots on both sides. Took my car elsewhere for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Both mechanic shops told me my car didn't need those parts. All that was needed was an alignment just as I suspected. These guys at M&G clearly don't know what they're talking about or doing. And might I add, while I was there a customer came in to check on his car which was brought there a week ago to have his camshaft sensor replaced. He wanted to know why his car wasn't ready. Apparently his motor blew and the mechanic and owner told him that they are not responsible for any damages caused to the car. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Called Mario for a tow which he does all the time - own a 2001 Audi Allroad (air suspension) so it cannot be chained down to the flatbed - just the wheels secured by straps - every tow company knows this - instead he chained down the Audi causing damage to all the air shocks - cost $1,200 just for the parts. He also sold my girl friend a salvage vehicle which needed about $2,000 in repairs in the first year. His prices are low because most of his mechanics are illegal aliens from Guatemala - yes I agree all nice guys.
