Yesterday was an extremely busy day and a super long line, I overheard heard Staff say All the cars still in line wouldn't get done. I sat in line almost 2 hours for a Top off. Another staff stayed " Why did everyone choose today for oil changes". I recommend opening a second location to solve the convenience and popularity of that location. I love The Lube Center. I live in East York.

Great customer service and care for your vehicle, I was seventh in line and they said roughly 45 mins wait and it was slightly over that. But they did say that as long as my car was in line waiting that I could leave it there and comeback. Didn’t do that as I decided to wait with my car. It wasn’t long and I was in the bay. Well they started in right away. I had a smudge on my windshield and they corrected and cleaned it off. They are always polite while working efficiently. They are always my favorite place to go for the quick things to my car. Way to go bringing this type of service!! Thank you for the never expiring coupons…I’ll be coming back!! Service: Oil change
