Doesn't come in and work on the car and my car looks like it's was driven by someone and got a bump on it not good Service: Transmission

I had my car towed here on 8/26/2020 because it wouldn’t start. I was told it was the alternator and that labor would be $250. I was informed on 8/28/2020 that they had ordered the wrong part and I would need to buy another part,it was Friday and the shop is closed over the weekend. I had to rent a car for transportation over the weekend. Monday 8/31/2020 I texted at 1:15 to see where we stood as I had heard nothing and was told it was being worked on, I was informed at 4:30 that my car would be ready for pickup at 5 (closing time) so I had 30 minutes. It was during this time I called the shop several times and got no answer and had to have a friend call in order to make sure they would remain open for me to get there as the secretary was not answering for me. When I finally did speak to her she had said it was because she was “On the other line with my Uber driver,” which I found comical as that was my friend who had called for me. 8/31/2020 I was told that I was going to have to keep
