Ultimotive Service Center LLC

I recently picked up an R56 Mini, which are known for a ton of issues. Did some research and found out Ultimotive actually specializes in Mini & BMW. Scheduled an appointment for them to go over and replace a LOT- guess what, they actually told me I didn’t need some of the work I requested. Blew my mind because that one little action proved they aren’t going to do unnecessary work just to make some money off of me. Plus, excellent communication about what’s going on and fair prices. I will be taking both of my vehicles here in the future!!

I recently bought a used 2006 BMW Z4 3.0si & brought it to Ultimotive for a general going-over & a PA State Inspection. They did a fantastic job bringing everything up to spec & fixing the wonky steering (adding bushings that were missing (!!!) and replacing some that were shot). Highly recommended! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Spoked to a female there and asked for an estimate to perform a valve job on a Mini Cooper. She took my information and said that they were shorthanded that day but would have someone call me the next day. A called them back two days later after not hearing from anyone. The same person again took my information and said that someone would call me back within a day or two. Almost two weeks later and still no call back. She was nice enough on the phone, but no follow-through.
