Awesome group. Honest, respectful, caring. Don't make you feel dumb for asking questions about your car or more in-depth explanations. Steve at the Loucks Rd. location will take care of you and do it at a reasonable price. Steve and his crew are my trusted mechanics for 7+ yrs. He has top notch service and a kind and gentle way of speaking to customers. I most appreciate his honest advice, and that his newer staff are just as courteous and professional.
We've taken our car to Team One Auto before, and we have always had a positive experience. Best customer service I've encountered at a car repair/maintenance shop. They explain what needs done and why, their prices are affordable, and they're efficient. Out of the other two repair shops located beside them (Pep boys and Auto Care Service Center), I would absolutely recommend Team One Auto!
