It’s always a pleasure working with Auality Service. We brought our diesel truck to them for a fluid leak and had a lot of work done to the engine in addition to maintenance to other systems. I appreciate that the diagnostic checks come with pictures and truly feel that the shop does its best to save customers money and reasonably suggests solutions based on affordability and safety. Best service I have ever had at an auto shop! I wish I would of found this spot sooner. The service advisor Soreina, has the best customer service skills. I was given a loaner car for the time. Photos of my car parts and suggested services were sent in a text so I was able to view and make a decision. At the end I was even gifted candy.
