I've used Pritz East twice for repairs on my car and they are always friendly and knowledgeable and make my car look like new again. They also work with the insurance company and rental car company to make the whole process easier for the customer. Thank you for your hard work! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
They did an excellent job with the repair. I did have a problem with the condition when I picked it up. It was covered in dirt. The customer service person was NOT very courteous. She told me that her car gets pollen on it every day. She said that they washed my truck. Problem is they washed it on a Friday and let it sit outside all weekend. If they knew it would collect pollen they should have washed it on Monday before I picked it up. It cost me $25 to wash the truck. Not much thought put into the process on their part. They did a wonderful job on my car, the process went very smooth and when my car was completed it felt like a brand new car!
