They did a wonderful job on my car, the process went very smooth and when my car was completed it felt like a brand new car!
Staff was courteous. I believe the work was done properly and the car looks good. I appreciate their lifetime warranty on their work.. Timeliness of repair was our issue. We expected a 5 to 7 day turnaround for the repair of a bumper, Front quarter panel, grill and front headlight and the car was in the shop for 23 days. Granted they had us come in on December 19 but I think they overbooked their shop and had we known this, we would’ve waited until we could get the car done in 5 to 7 days. Caused inconvenience with cost of rental cars out of pocket. I believe they offer quality work, but I was extremely satisfied with Pritz the West York location in the past. Service: Body & Trim
For the second time best work I ha e seen. They do really good work when you ha e an accident. Won't go nowhere else.
