My experience yesterday went very well. Everyone at this Pep Boy location was friendly and professional. I was given very helpful recommendations for the future maintenance of my car, it's up keep and longevity. I really appreciated that gesture.
At 1230pm I scheduled an online appointment for a tire, It said last appointment was 530. They sent me an email at 1244pm saying they got my request. At 455pm they call and say 5pm is the last appointment they take. Like really you wait last minute instead of calling me way earlier so I could of selected another appointment time or could've went somewhere else. I live in Harrisburg and got a flat tire coming down to visit my mom and it's Sunday so now everywhere is closed. Not the best customer service if you ask me.
VERY HONEST PLACE!! I took my car in because I thought I needed tires and I was about to get my car inspected. The front one was wearing on the outside. They took a look and let me know that I didn't, but may need an alignment. Very thankful for their honesty and integrity. Some places take advantage of a woman , but not this place!
