Besides a little lack of communication as to what was going on in the beginning, I was very impressed by the manager and those I spoke with while checking my van in. Everyone was kind, the manager even changed the TV channel for my daughter while in the waiting room to a kids program. I was impressed by the personableness of everyone.
The service was excellent! Peter was very nice & explained everything they would be doing to find my issue. I will definitely go back to this store.
We have been here sevetal times and while they get the job done, slowly the staff is not very pleasant. Like I said, they get the job done. Staff could at least say hi and have a good day.
