Staff was very friendly and helpful at explaining the issues with my vehicle. I didn't at all feel like they were trying to "sell me" something I didn't need. I will defiantly be using this location for my vehicle needs from now on. I also love same day apt options when available.
Would recommend Monro for great service. I trust Kevin with all my cars. He has awesome customer service skills. Have been bringing all our cars here for years.

Not only did they make time to fit my vehicle in when they were extremely busy, but they also took the time to engage in any questions I had.
