Mechanics are friendly but my God are they after your money. I went in for an inspection and failed. They told me it was going to cost 1700 to repair, but that I seemed nice enough that they'd drop it down to 1300. So I fell for it and tossed over a grand at these people. I came back when I needed an oil change and somehow they thought to do an inspection. Did not ask for that but I guess they were being thorough. They come back with 8 critical issues. I was in only a few months prior. How did they not catch these critical issues then? All I wanted was the damn oil changed. So I told them to just change the oil and they obliged. Didn't even quote me what the repairs would cost but sure as hell was more than the 55 I paid. I would rather go to the Walmart auto shop.

I took my car there just for an oil change and they did an "inspection" of the vehicle. The inspection report showed pictures with a meter supposedly showing how critical these issues are, most of them that they suggested being fixed immediately. The pictures didn't even show the problem that was supposedly wrong with the vehicle, just a shot of whatever car part it was, but I guess since I'm a woman and came in by myself, they assumed I would be gullible. I knew I needed new brakes, but other than that, these issues were all news to me. I am not extremely knowledgeable about cars, but I knew enough that I wasn't spending thousands of dollars on expensive car repairs when my car was running beautifully, at least without another opinion. Fast forward a few months later, I took my vehicle to the dealership for an inspection and oil change. They found absolutely no issues with my car. I asked them about the problems Meineke found with my car and they said none of these repairs were needed
