Another driver backed into my car just after memorial day. I opened a claim with my insurance the same day, and they referred me to this Jack Giambalvo collision center. Jack Giambalvo fit me in right away for a damage estimate, within 1-3 days. By May 31, the estimate was completed and my insurance paid Jack Giambalvo. Unfortunately, by the end of July, I had called 4+ times leaving voicemails for my estimator asking about the status of the parts coming in to schedule an appointment for repairs. July 21st, Jack Giambalvo finally scheduled an appointment for the end of August for my vehicle repairs. I'll update this review with results of the repairs.

Steve and everyone at the office made my first collision experience way less stressful. Paperwork was readily available and in order on my arrival and at pick up. Coordination with the renal company was helpful. The communication was great and my car looks beautiful. Service: Body & Trim
