What can I say, absolutely top notch customer service! I've never been happier with the level of professionalism. They don't beat around the bush. I have brought over 20 vehicles, I refer friends and clients. Alice and the crew will take exceptionally good care of you. Just few pictures of the many enhancement inspections they did.
Scheduling is horrible and leave the lady that answers the phone has no clue at all. I called them for a wheel alignment. They said they had no appointments available. They call me back and say they have a LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION if I can make it. I let them know that I'll try to make it if I can because I was not scheduled. CALLED again today and the lady says "Well you missed your appointment yesterday"; as if I was actually scheduled for an appointment. NO CLUE AT ALL...
Damian and Alice are two of the most wonderful people I have ever dealt with in my life. They are professional and kind. They are great with communication.
