I contacted Mr. Albright because I was having multiple issues with my vehicle. Mr. Albright made the time to get my vehicle in and not only did he do that, but he worked with me, more then anyone ever has. He was kind, polite, very professional and a wonderful human being. He went out of his way to make sure all the issues with my vehicle were fixed and it was once again safe to drive. He still continues to be prompt in response and I have to say I wouldn't recommend anyone, but him. If you want honest, reliable work, I would recommend you go to East End Auto Care and ask for Todd. Tod is one of the best guys I know who will work with u and who does get the job done . Tod went out of his way the one night before he was leaving to go home and help me jump my car to his shop because my alternator went out on me . My car got done the next day . If u want legit real understanding not no bullcrap talking like they pretend that there’s other problems go to Tod . He will never bullcrap you . the guys that work for him are smart and legit to thank you Tod for showing me not everyone is out for just money and not care about the person
