My family and I have been using Bradford Automotive services for over 20 years. They have been reliable and professional and easy to work with at all times. Appointments are easy to make and if any of our vehicles require additional time in the shop they will make additional appointment time to get us back in to complete any further work. They have always done quality work and stand by the work they do. They are friendly and take the time to know their customers. If I have a question regarding my repairs they don’t hesitate to explain until I understand everything. They make sure our vehicles are safe and make recommendations if something is not safe. They never do repairs without first getting my approval to do anything beyond what I have requested. They are very respectful of us as customers. Great service, always honest. Gave me peace of mind when big corporations were trying to sell me a different story with my current vehicle.
