Service Center at Stuckey Mitsubishi

Bob and his parts team were very helpful in getting my new speaker ordered for my 2018 ford explorer. 5hey were very quick with the whole process and everything was very seamless. I look forward to getting my appointment made next time !

The service was fine. They forgot to put an oil change sticker. It's not the service department fault, rather the owners. When I bought the vehicle from Maggi, I was given free lifetime inspection. Stuckey is not honoring that or free tire rotation. So a visit that should have cost me (my opinion) the price of an oil change, ended up costing over 100 dollars. I forgot, I received new wiper blades, which I needed. Brandon (service Manager) did a good job with following up with a phone call and listened with compassion to my complaint. Stuckey might want to think about there policy's and honor them. The free inspection was the difference in the sale. So there rating is a zero. Thanks

This morning I dropped my car off, I worried about the expenses and hearing all the things wrong with it. After picking it up in the afternoon, I was so relieved! Great service and at a great price.
