Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Sunday morning my tire light came on. Went to 3 tire shops that I knew were open on Sunday. Store 1 just told me that I had a screw in my tire and would need a new tire. They did not have my brand or tire size. Stopped at store 2. They didn't have the tire. Stop 3 was Sam's Club. Even though they didn't have a replacement tire, the man in the tire department told me I shouldn't be driving on the bad tire. He then put on my spare, wrapped the damaged tire in plastic and gave me instructions on how to drive on a spare donut tire. I am so impressed with Sam's Club Tire Center on the Benner Pike in State College. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires from Sam's Club when I need to replace my current set. Came in to do a tire rotation 4 days ago and they told us we had to make an appointment so we did for a few days later. There wasn't a single customer around. Currently here for the appointment and still waiting. Its been an hr since they've had our keys. They also are moving the vehicle into different bays instead of keeping it in one to do a simple tire rotation. That seems unnecessary to me, and at this point I could of done this all myself with just a jack and what the car supplies me in the same amount of time. Now if this was one person who's newer at this I'd be a little more understanding but there are 3 people doing this.. end time 1hr 10 minutes

Great place great people. Would highly recommend this for people on low budget for food as the bulk items definitely last a long time.
