Peake's Auto Repair

Trust me from someone who went to a few shops and dealerships in town. This place is the most unprofessional place in town. The mechanic have no clue on how to fit all the screw back. Lost 5 screw on my car, had to go source new one myself. Charge absurd amount without warranty due to "modified car" also the work is incomplete. If your car is in not 100% stock even if unrelated to the issue, the owner will make a lot of fuss and might change the agreement such as pricing and warranty on you. Came to this place twice and both times receive bad/incomplete service, had to take to a different place to complete the job.

Where do I even begin? Paul runs a fantastic repair shop and he is also just a really kind and enjoyable person. He helped me try to save my 04 Mini Cooper, but alas, I had already done terminal damage to the engine. He talked me through my options and I never felt like he was taking advantage. Even after I had paid him for his work, he continued to help me by letting me keep my car on his property for almost 2 weeks while I tried to sell it (to get more than salvage price) and even further, served as the middle-man in passing along the paperwork to the person I eventually sold my car to. Talk about great service! While he may be pricier than others in the area (not sure), if you are looking for quality, Peake's is the place to go. Denny was also very helpful in the process--this car was my first and I had her for 15 years, so needless to say, this was an emotional process. I am so thankful that I went to Peake's and can't imagine going anywhere else! Thanks again, Paul!

Phenomenal garage - with a couple days before Christmas, these guys had us back on the road within a couple hours of dropping off vehicle. Absolutely respectable service - as a young woman, it's not uncommon for people to try and BS about the issues/prices, but not here. I've never felt more respected as a car owner.
