This place still cuts rotors for a reasonable price. They were even able to cut my drilled and slotted rotors. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Used this place 4 years in a row for inspection. I was never thrilled with the service but after this latest experience, I'll never use them again. Here's what happened: Called and got an appointment for a Friday. Dropped the car off the night before as instructed. Called twice during the day to get progress report. There was no progress but each time I was told they would get to it. The third time I called (around 5:45) they told me that they weren't going to get to it that day. Keep in mind that they never once called me to tell me anything. I told them I wanted to pick the car up and they said sure, we close at 6pm. This is about 5:45 pm. Remember, I don't have a car because they have it. By the time I arranged a ride and get there it's about 6:15 pm. The facility is closed and nobody is around for me to get my keys so I have to wait until Saturday to get my car (and it's still not inspected!). When I get there this little troll- of- a- man acts like it's my fault. I laughed in
