Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Horrible service. Employees screamed at customers who had genuine questions about the kind of services that were being applied to their vehicles including my own. Don’t bother scheduling an appointment because it doesn’t guarantee your car will be serviced that day (then what’s the point of an appointment) - be careful women because they overcharge and don’t explain the details of the charges and when you question them on why a price is higher then it should be they become irritable and gaslight the situation. The workers have a temper and are short fused so I’d be more worried about these unhinged men touching your car. Overall bad service, rude people, not a good place. You’re better off at the Delership. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

I wish I could add more stars!! We had the unfortunate luck of getting a flat tire on the highway home from dropping our grandson off at college on Friday evening at 5:30. After calling several places only to find they couldn’t help us due to closing soon or not having any technicians available. We made the call to Monroe Auto in State college. David answered the call and reassured us that they would be able to help us!! What a relief as we were still 3 hours from home. They recommend Grahams Exon towing who got to us promptly and towed us to Monroe. I would also highly recommend them!! David and Will were at the front desk when we arrived. Their reassurance that they would be able to fix our tire was a great relief! Everyone we dealt with was kind and professional!! They were able to fix our tire and got us on our way!! The kindness and customer service we received here is unmatched and we will always be grateful!!

Blew a tire Saturday evening while visiting town, they got me in first thing Sunday morning, had my size in stock, no issues. David at the desk was great getting everything going quickly, explaining pros/cons of choices.
