Related to service department. Save yourself the trouble and book your service somewhere professional. Made a service appointment for 0730am. Decided to get a ride home as the repair time was not determined. No communication throughout the day. I finally called in at 415pm to check the status of my vehicle repair and was told they hadn’t even looked at it and won’t be. They were “swamped” and they told me to check back in “at least a month or more” if I wanted my issue looked at. A phone call, text or email stating this would have be the professional thing to do. Communication with your customer would have be appreciated. Stopped to get my vehicle and key and the person who waited on me was rude. Threw the key at me and walked away. Rude. Unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else.
