I am an older disabled women who used this business a few yeas back and was very pleased with the help they gave me. I stopped in today to get an estimate on getting my left bumper put back in place as well as a plastic piece hanging from the front that I had caught on a parking block. I explained to the young man that I was on a very fixed income and was hoping to maybe just get it fixed without having to get new parts. He and the manager worked on the problems and did not charge me anything. I was so touched that I almost cried and could not stop thanking the manager enough. I explained that my brother use to work on my vehicles but passed away thirteen years ago and for them to help me this way meant the world to me. I chose this body shop to work on my 2016 F150 based on the great reviews I read. I'm glad I did. The staff was very polite and accommodating which made the process smooth. My repair was completed quickly and looks just like new. I would highly recommend Triumph to anyone, especially those who are unsure of who to trust for your vehicle repair.
