These guys are phenomenal!! Very attentive & helpful, I’ve come in a couple times last minute with a tire issue and I had a cable sticking out the bottom of my car once & they were very quick to solve the issue and get me out of there in no time! I’ve had bad experiences with other people handling my car in the past but these guys are more than trustworthy! Shoutout to the manager, STEVEN, he’s the best ever!!!!

Great customer service. They helped me find the right tires for my vehicle and did it in a timely matter. Made it a very easy experience, will highly recommend and will be coming back again. Thanks guys.

My car has been in and out of this shop at 810 Wyoming ave., Scranton since April 16, 2023. It is currently May 18, 2023, I just picked my vehicle up and it broke down on the way home after spending almost $1800. STAY AWAY! I called and spoke with the mgr. who said it was running fine before I left. I advised he could come to my location where I broke down, yeah, he couldn't do that. During this time frame I have dealt with 3 different managers at THIS STORE. Place needs to be shut down. Of course, I called the corporate number only to leave a message. I will be continuing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I think I'm paying for parts I don't need and they are not fixing the items I do need repaired
