Took my Nissan there on this rainy day they are very nice people to deal with the owner went out with her employee to pick out a almost new pair of tires I got 2 tires and new wipers for a really good price I will be going back there in the future their new shop on Keyser ave by McDonald's is very clean and pristine
I'm not going to bad mouth these guys. They are great and I know accidents happen and not every tire can be inspected thoroughly but a week ago today my wife and I got two tires and had to fill the passenger side up a few times since. I looked into the matter and found this. Now it's 9:22a.m. on 1-22-21 and are having a hard time getting an answer. How can we go about this matter? Your secretary didn't even give us a receipt for the purchase. Below is the tire and proof I checked in at your garage.
