If I could give 0 stars I would. this business lies about what your vehicle needs, assuming you may be ignorant about car repairs. I took my vehicle in for an inspection knowing my brake pads were low but within 1/8th inch legal limit to pass inspection. I was told I needed new pads, new rotors, new calipers and new rear brake lines for the low price of about $900. My vehicle is a 2018 with 37,000 miles, any REAL mechanic would laugh at this. I obviously declined service and changed the rear brake pads for $40 myself, then took it to a local mechanic and I was not shocked when it needed NOTHING additional to pass inspection. CUSTOMERS BEWARE if you are female or if you do not know anything about vehicles they will take your money and lie to you on what it needs, and if you call them out on the lie, their response is, “oh the mechanic suggested it”. Ordered tires online, set up appt online. This place does the standard "we don't have what you ordered, but we DO have these" and those items cost two hundred more dollars than you were quoted in the first place. When asking for our keys back before service he kept trying to pitch us other tires like we weren't saying no give us our keys back repeatedly after each pitch You don't make enough money preying on people who don't know better? Dave is an excellent manager; he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to my van. The repairs were completed the same day. Mark was also very helpful at completing the checkout smoothly and quickly. Will definitely go back for service in the future.
