Tom Masano Collision Center

Not sure if I’m on the right site but bought a car from Tom Masano today in reading . I had an awesome experience everyone was soo helpful and really polite . I especially want to thank David Horrigan for answering my email quickly and when I got to the dealership was ready to help me and did a great job. I also want to thank Shawn Maione did a great job with my paperwork and got me an awesome rate was very helpful with my loan . I give them a 3 thumbs up ???? ???????? AWESOME

My vehicle got side swiped and needed to be fixed. I spoke with Tim Yocum and dropped it off to him. They did a fantastic job and I will be taking all my vehicles to him in the future! The original estimate the other guys insurance gave me was way off and Tim spoke with them and worked it out to make sure it was fixed properly! I greatly appreciated that and highly recommend Tom Masano Collision Center! Thank you all for everything! I was glad to get my girl back all shiny and new!

I hit a deer in November, and got an estimate 11/16. Took the car in on 12/14. Went to pick up the car on 12/18 and was told that it was done but TM hadn’t heard from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they said that they had to have an adjuster come out and that should’ve been done before taking the car in. I told them I filed a claim on 11/3 and sent pictures and everything required of me. They admitted that it’s theirs fault and said they would give me a rental. After speaking with shop manager Tim Yocum, they agreed to let me pay my deductible and take the car while insurance figures out on their end. I’ll be doing future business with Tom Masano!
