Reading Collision Center

I've reviewed this company on a few different sites that have asked me to. I just want to come in this staff on their professionalism and friendliness. Two things severely lacking nowadays in a lot of businesses. I got in a small fender-bender at a red light a few weeks back and had to bring my Hyundai Elantra and to have some light body work done. I actually went through my insurance company first to book the appointments and found out a lot of locations in the general area was so severely hit by the staffing issues across the country, most other places it would take me weeks to get my car in there. This place got it in almost the day after. There is a rental car service on site as well covered by my insurance. But everybody here was so polite and informative no. I want to emphasize how much they kept me in the loop through phone calls and text messages from when the car began repairs to when it finish. And I have to stress they were amazingly polite they took the time to kind of walk

Don't bother taking your car there. They'll throw away your parts before you approve anything. They threw away my rear door and bumper cause they thought it was trash. The bumper understandable, cause i was in a rear crash. Though nothing wrong with the door they threw it away anyway. They will also withold information when dealing with insurance. They dont have cameras so make sure you record. Cause the body shop manager will lie. And once you tell them you would like to record they accuse you of threatening their safety. Which would be solved with cameras. Piazza Honda own them and if you notice there's no cameras in piazza either. It would be there word over yours. Straight up scummy.

So I wanted to wait a while before making a review because I wanted to make sure everything with my car worked out just fine. So I waited a month and here's what I have to say: When you have your car worked on here you don't have one or two people You have a team standing behind you. this company is not only reliable but exceptionally good at what they do. They were texting me with updates to let me know how my car was doing and how far along they were. Whenever I called because I was going through insurance things for a collision they always answered happy, ready and willing to help. I have never come across such a more dedicated team of individuals who cared so much about our interactions as well as the end result. They were there for me throughout the entire thing. They dealt with my insurance company for me. My car looks amazing my car is running well. She looks brand new! I cried because this is the first nice thing I bought myself.
