Super helpful as well as generous! They seemed to all work as one big team and made everything go a lot smoother than some other auto shops i've been at! Plus I didn't have to adjust my seat when i got back into my car!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I contacted Pep Boys, Reading, PA for an issue with the splash guard on my Honda Civic. The manager, Mike Castro, went WAY above & beyond to resolve the problem. Thank you again Mike! My daughter has also had very positive experiences at this same location!

((((Just to let everybody know I had to edit this below. You will see a comment supposedly from the owner. I am mediately answered back and still haven’t gotten any response so apparently it was computer generated ))))I would give it a zero if I could let me start off by telling you this is not an auto repair shop by any sense of the word if you’re going to have tires put on and you can find them at a good price are you need a battery in a pinch OK but besides that if they do have mechanics there, they’re not allowed to use their abilities. I brought a car in to have them check the brakes in the rear and to try to troubleshoot a code. Now I know the brakes in the rear are good because they were just done to go on after a few hours I received a call, saying my car had multiple codes and the rear brakes look a little low now what is a little low if you’re paying to have somebody check your brakes they should be giving you measurements they didn’t check the brakes. Once again they were j
