Tried to get service to fix AC. The woman at the counter was rude and ignorant. The man seemed nice but she was loud and aggressive in manner when he wasn't around. Wanted to charge me $109 just to look at and already had been advised of necessary service needed.
The are about making extra money putting parts on your vehicle, so make you know the brand + price of the parts you need.
The NAPA team has always been diligent in communicating assessment & repair progress throughout the engagement. They always deliver quality service while remaining cost-conscious for their customers. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Service: General repairs & maintenance
