Fantastic experience. Not only did their quote for repairs beat what was clearly upcharging from other repair shops... They got me in almost immediately and fixed me up with a couple days. Other shops "couldn't get to me" for a few weeks just to get a quote! To my surprise, not only did they fix my bumper but they clearly vacuumed and detailed the interior and washed the exterior. Opeka was recommended by a friend and her family as they all are regular customers! I dropped my car off after hours for my inspection appointment the next day. I actually never saw a single person, but I spoke to Natalie, their representative, multiple times and she was kind, helpful, honest, and everything you want in a person representing a company, especially an auto repair shop. I knew I needed a brake replacement before passing my state inspection and it was all done and finished within the day.
