My family and I love Mel Bagley. It's a smaller operation, but they have helped us so much over the years and saved us some money! Not the best place to wait with your vehicle so plan on dropping off, but we have always had great service and honest feedback from them.
My check engine light was on and I had taken it to 2 different "chain" auto repair shops only to be charged and the issue not resolved. I saw the reviews for Mel Bagleys and they participated with my warranty company so I went. I will never take my car anywhere else! They were efficient, inexpensive and honest. I recommend Mel Bagley Auto to everyone.
I called early this morning with a screw in my tire and they were able to get me in and fix the problem (in this case there wasn’t one) within a matter of a few hours of me dropping my car off. Very polite and respectful, I would definitely recommend!
