Do not come to this shop! Generally, I have a very bad experience with their service. I had my car serviced at this place last year for the timing belt, it cost me more than $1200. After I drove for about 1 month, the belt connected to the alternator and power steering wheel was sheared off during a normal driving, which put our safety at great danger without the control of the steering wheel. I have to pay to tow my car to this place for the repairs, don’t mention the time that I can’t drive just before the Christmas! Something was definitely wrong with their repair when they changed the timing belt in my car. I have also replaced the two front joints control arms back in 2017 for about $900, now with less than 20000 miles, one control arm has broken, which can normally last a very long time for about 90000 miles. Tried to charge me $475 to replace a cracked fog light lens as part of annual vehicle inspection, claiming they would need to open up the entire bumper of the car. All it took was a screwdriver to open up 1 easily accessible screw and replace the fog light unit.

Everyone at Baum Boulevard Automotive is awesome, and I've always been pleased with my experience and the results there. They've worked on everything from suspension to brakes to just normal inspections, and they've always been communicative and easy to work with.
