took my car to this place twice. first of all, staff is condescending and intimidating. First took my car in for a brake pad replacement, and the second time for inspection. Both times they said something with the suspension was broken and would cost >$1200 to fix. the second time, I took it to another mechanic to get a second opinion, and they found nothing wrong with the suspension. both times after leaving this place, my transmission had a leak. this place is definitely going to take advantage of folks who seem like they don’t know a lot about cars. The folks at Wayne’s couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. I am in Connecticut, my son is in Philly for college. I was trying to coordinate getting my son’s car in for repair and Daryl was patient and worked with us to get the car in and repaired quickly. There was lots of communication during the repair and the transparency into the repair work scope was appreciated. It’s always a gamble when trying a new service station, but our experience couldn’t have gone better. If my son needs any future maintenance or repairs, I wouldn’t hesitate bringing his car to Wayne’s. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Battery
