I had my 2015 Q50 towed to this shop on 4/12/19 because the car would not start, in about a week Joe called to say it was my engine. Joe the owner told me it would be a 3 days a week tops job and doing my own investigation I knew that to be true. Week 1 went by no call from Joe I go around to the shop he told me the person that is supposed to fix my car was on vacation and he didn’t know it and my car will be ready in a few days. Week 2 go by no call from Joe I call and go around there he said the guy is working on it and it will take another few days, now we in week 3 I’m getting irritated the whole time I don’t see my car on the lot and he’s not saying where it is. My son & I go around the shop to see what’s taking so long, Joe go as far as calling some guy for me to talk to and the guy tells me he’s working on the car and it will be done the next day, I asked for the address of where my car is because if my car was not done my family & I will be there to see what’s going on with my

Stay away from this shop please. Scammers, scamers, and scammers. He will charge you lot of money for nothing. He's not trusted at all. I toke my car there and I know about the mechanic cars. I already knew the problem is one coil after scanned in auto zone. After I left my car, he said he will call me to let me know the problem. Calling...Joe - the problem is four coils must be replaced, gas Gasquet, tun up, and catalytic converter is plugged but you must replace it in. I told him how much he said only one coil will cost $140 and there 4 and gas Gasquet $120 and run up.... so calculate how much will charge me!!!. He said will cost around $700 then I told him don't do anything I'm coming then I drove it to another mechanic. It was first coil and costs me $40 and my car is running as fast as hell. He is worst mechanic I have seen...

Love visiting these guys!!!!! Old traditional young Italians in there prime who make you feel like your one of the guys. If you have sensitive ego, check it at the door. I would trust theses guys with my Mom's car. But not mine if I owed them money. Great guys
