I was in a pinch to get my car fixed when I was in town from Baltimore. I called Reid Auto late in the afternoon on a Friday and Jimmy was incredibly helpful. I was able to come in Saturday morning. Jimmy was efficient, fair, great at communicating and even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working. I highly recommend!

Jimmy takes excellent care of my ‘07 beater by staying ahead of potential problems. Whenever I bring the car to him, he fixes the immediate problem, then talks to me about the next thing we’re gonna have to address. I found a good mechanic and I plan to hold onto him.

I called Tuesday, had my car dropped off on Wednesday morning and I was back on the road Wednesday afternoon with my car running absolutely perfectly.
