Recently I've used CK auto images services. Usually i fix my bmw myself i do all maintenance and repairs. However few days ago my steering wheel was making vibration when you press brake pedal on higher speed and outside was cold and snowing so i decided to take my car to CK auto image repairs ! It was first time i took car to the shop and i was little skeptical. I told them what was issue and ask them to preform brake and suspension check ! After few hours after i dropped my car to the shop i got call from them and they told me that my front control arm have significant play and they should be replaced. Also they gave me suggestion to replace rear tires case they have only 20% life left and that could be also cause for steering wheel vibration. So i took their advice, and they did all repairs very quickly! They ordered parts and they arrived within few hours. I got my car back in 30 hours approximately. Brought my car in for a few things. Inspection, exhaust hanger adjustment, and also a rear diffuser install. The customer service was top notch and service was quality. The aftermarket diffuser I ordered provided some cheap adhesive for part of the install which started to come apart. I was able to bring my car back in only a few days later and they replaced the adhesive with some 3M and now the rear diffuser is holding up much better.
