Blatt Tire & Auto Repair

I’ve been taking my car here since 2019. The staff has always been friendly and explains what they need to do in ways I understand since I am not the most mechanically inclined. Their prices are always fair and they work efficiently and are always good about calling me to let me know what’s going on and when my car is complete. I’d highly recommend Blatt for anything as simple as an oil change or major fix.

Right after the holidays I got a flat in Center City. Couldn't be a worse place to get stuck. My car uses run flats and I called many places to see if someone had my size as often run flats are not common tires. Dealer needed several days to get them. Blatt could get them next morning and install. I decided to replace all four tires with Blatt. When I picked the car up all the rims had scratches in a radial direction. I brought the scratches to the techs attention. They said I probably did them. That I should have photographed the rims prior if I wanted to have proof. I drove car to dealer and asked service manager to take a look. Dealer was certain it was from Blatt's tire mounting equipment. I called Blatt back and they finally offered to refinish and repaint the rims but wouldn't guarantee a match. If you can't install tires what makes me think you can refinish my rims? They just wanted to save money. And they'd need my car for multiple days when I lived very far away. Owner said my
