Jamie did a great job rebuilding my 2008 CX9 GT transmission. Was very up front with the cost, took the time to listen to what the symptoms were over the phone before driving it and recommending the rebuild, and got the job done quickly inside of a week once we dropped it off. He even took a day to diagnose another issue on my main car with a 6L80 for no charge. Not many guys do transmissions these days, but these guys are one of the best local shops for customer service and quality. Edit: It's been a year now, we did have to go back to Jamie because of a faulty remanufacured valvebody. Jamie took the time to look at the car 4 separate times until the problem was resolved (no shuddering from the Tq converter).

Honest Shop. I've been using them for the past 3 years and I've never had an issue they will always tell you up front approximately what it's going to cost and have always fixed my car right the first time.
