if i could leave 0 stars i would. i brought in my vehicle for an oil change and front brakes/rotors. I told them i wasnt in a rush and would pick it up the following day, which i did. i didnt do much driving that day, so i wasnt aware of the terrible job done. 2 days later i was running some errands when i heard a thumping sound coming from my front right passenger side/wheel. i’ve had my car for a while, never heard that sound before. my bf, who is a licensed mechanic himself, said i should maybe call back to let them know. they said i could bring it back in. when we brought it in, my bf brought to the mechanics attention that it sounded like something was lodged in the caliper. 4 hours later, they call to tell me its my fender hanging or my lower control arm (both of which have been messed up) and that i should get some duct tape for my fender and its 700 for the control arm. needless to say i turned that service down bc i just spent 600 on brakes and my car NEVER made that sound pri
