I came in looking to buy my first motorcycle. We talked about the bike I was interested in, they gave me a lot of information. Not only did I learn more, they gave me a great deal on the bike(which they put new tires on)and some gear which we went through and picked out. I really appreciate the help and delivering it too! It made my first experience buying a bike seamless.

Poor communication and bad customer service will always outweigh what the business provides. Having been a business owner myself for decades, I could never imagine treating a customer this way. You need to work to understand the situation from both ends, not just figure out what you need to get out of it. By the end, I practically felt like these guys were going to hold my scooter for ransom. So, at the risk of sounding like one of those crazy people leaving 1-star reviews and some unbelievable story, I kindly leave them 2 stars and hope they learn from this experience of how to work with people—I mean, let’s be honest, I feel like 90% of the general public could fix a scooter if they had the manual.
