Phenomenal service. Went in for an oil change and brake replacement due to scraping. I received a prompt call after leaving informing me that the brakes and rotors were fine, it was simply the dust cover. They took care of a few other things at my request for a low cost while also informing me about important shortcomings on my vehicle. I will 100% go back. And veterans, they will take care of you.

Ben and Kass are the best! They always make sure I am in and out in under an hour. I have a large household. My kids own there own vehicles and have each been serviced at Monroe. My daughter is an active duty Marine. I recently brought her car in for inspection and an oil change. Even though I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late Ben still made sure I was taken care of. He is friendly and efficient. The shop was very busy. He ran his team well while answering customer questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this shop for all your car care needs.
