Great experience! My car is getting old and I had problems with the air-conditioning. It was getting to be a serious concern for me, because I am taking care of my 93 year-old mother, for an indefinite amount of time. Taking her to her many doctor appointments was very worrisome on the hot summer days. The staff at Heffner's are great! They had the problem fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price! They are THE BEST!!!

Dale and his crew are the techs you want when there's a stubborn issue with your vehicle. They don't just throw parts at it till it fixes it. They track down the exact issue and nail the repair. A lot of other shops are just parts replacers and unless the scan tool tells them what's wrong, they just stand there scratching their heads. Not at Heffners, they are highly trained and skilled at what they do!

My 85 Year old mother was a customer of the previous owners for years so when Heffners took over she continued to take her cars here. Now we all know that there are some repair shops that can be not the most honest to down right predatory when it comes to senior citizens specially when it is a widow, Heffner's has treated my mother like she was there own mother they explain everything they do to her vehicles and when she has a problem they take care of her promptly. So when our mechanic who we patronized for 30 years retired two years ago we knew where we were taking our vehicles. You do not see ratings and reviews like they have 39 Reviews 37 Five Star 2 Four Star (4.95) I tell everyone take you car here for repairs and Albert's Body Shop for body work for the same reason.
