PAMD NAPA Parts Pros - Hanover

These guys are AWESOME, very helpful staff, ALWAYS have the correct parts we need, and if they don't they get them in very quickly. Save time and don't use the other guys, by the time you go back and forth to return the incorrect parts you could have done it right the first time with NAPA

I ordered brake pads online and went to pick the up that day because I already had to go to Hanover, picked them up no problems. They ended up being the wrong ones,(not blaming them for that) so I had to go back to Hanover and instead of refunding my money the guy that was working hit another sale instead of refund, which I did not notice til I got home and looked at my bank account. So I had to go back in the next day. I called and was told it happens it’s just one button mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but it would be the third trip into Hanover to their location, (30 min one way). They refunded the money and it came 3 days later, but it was sure quick to come out when they took it. Thankfully I had money in my account to cover it so I did not get an overdraft fee. (I’m not rich) It was a cluster that could of been very easily avoided and gas money could of been saved if the employees would take their time instead of hurry to get out of work at five, when it was 4:30. Greg was very rude and hung the phone up abruptly, upon canceling an $18 part. 5 minutes after ordering it. This business is hard enough without added grief. Called back and asked the guy his name. Told me his name was Greg. Spelled it “GREG”.called me back and made things right.
